01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and WV777 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). The Terms apply to all use of the WV777 website located at wv777.win, including all games, sports betting markets, account services, promotions, and any other features made available on the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on WV777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them at all times. 03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on WV777. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is detected under the same identity, device, payment method, or household, WV777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

Information Accuracy

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify WV777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• WV777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

One Account Per Player

Only one account is allowed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Any bonuses or winnings generated through multiple accounts will be voided and the accounts will be closed without notice.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on WV777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). WV777 supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• Bank Transfer (standard bank-to-bank)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other mobile wallets as displayed on the deposit page

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available funds at any time, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawals are processed in PKR and paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.

• Withdrawals can be made to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and registered bank accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal page.
• Standard withdrawal processing is completed within the timeframe shown in the Withdrawal section. VIP players at Gold tier and above receive priority processing.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or wallets verified in the player's own name.
• WV777 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are completed.

Withdrawal Delays

Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required, if the account has active bonus wagering requirements, or if there is a pending investigation related to the account. WV777 will notify you if any delay applies and provide an expected resolution timeframe.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

WV777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus promotion will state the applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 20x the bonus amount) that must be met within a specified time period.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using bonuses across multiple accounts or sharing bonus credits is prohibited.
• WV777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if misuse or abuse is suspected.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per player, household, and payment method.
• Free spins, if offered, are valid for specified games only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion.
• WV777 reserves the right to void winnings generated from bonuses where these Terms have been violated.

07 Gaming & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on WV777 operate according to the specific rules displayed within each game or market. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activity on the platform.

Slots & Casino Games

• All slot games and live casino games are provided by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are outside WV777's direct control.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake returned to your account balance.
• Game histories are recorded and available in your account for review.

Sports Betting

• All bets placed on sports markets — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, and Esports — are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds shown at the moment of placement. WV777 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules displayed for that specific market.
• WV777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are shown at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance after the relevant event concludes and results are confirmed.

Fish Games

• Fish shooting games use a credit-based system. Credits are deducted per shot fired and winnings are calculated based on the fish caught and their assigned multipliers.
• Technical interruptions during a fish game session will result in the session being restored to its last confirmed state where technically possible.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WV777 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure:

• Opening more than one account on WV777.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or credentials to access or fund an account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or game results.
• Engaging in any activity that WV777 reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering or fraud.
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts, using third-party funding to claim welcome offers, or otherwise gaming promotions in bad faith.
• Accessing the platform if you are self-excluded or have an active exclusion request in place.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 18) to access or use your account.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

WV777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Duplicate account detection.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming provisions.
• At WV777's business discretion where continued service to a player is not considered appropriate.

Closure by Player

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may contact WV777 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for any reason, all pending bets and active game sessions will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. WV777 will retain transaction and account records for the periods required by applicable data protection and financial regulations.

10 Privacy & Data
